2009 YARDSALE.....

the multi talented WADE

heading to Tennessee

the big sale is over.... IF YOU CAME , THANK YOU SO MUCH...

we were very happy with the turnout.....even tho it was over 90 DEGREES most of the day..... it went pretty smooth, some bad congestion on the road....one table of goblets got bumped and made a huge crash....the nice customer was mortified!!! there were so many people it was kind of crushing inside sometimes.... my grandson worked for the first time and someone gave him a tip!!! he was so happy about that....

now its all over and it will take 2 or 3 days to get the store back into shape..... monday we got the

yard pretty well cleaned up....and most of the half price area cleared....

crushing in 10,000 sq ft...that's pretty amazing! Congratulations on your sale and also that IT'S OVER! Your going to be fighting exhaustion by the end of this week you know!
I'm sure your customers were happy campers with all your goodies, antiques too...lol!
Until next year...hope the weather is 80 then.

Congratulations Magpie Cottage. It looks like it was very successful. I wish I could have been there.

I was there and this was only my second visit to your store! We had such a great time. Your store is just the best and of course I came home again with several treasures. I've told everyone I know about your lovely store and garden accessories and furniture. All your staff were so friendly in spite of the heat and pressure and that made it even more enjoyable. Please tell them thank you and thank you for being one of my favorite places to visit. I'll be back!
