i bought a big post card collection

with wonderful cards

from lake manitou and lake maxinkuckee,

mostly dating from 1910 to 1920s.....

..it was from donna clelands

life long collection

of local postcards...

....dh blew these postcards up

and we sell the prints in the store..
..our lake manitou,

here in rochester indiana,

was a big regional resort lake.

...with hotels, lots of tourists, bands ...a real party lake...not now tho....
also we have neat lake signs ...

we are close to culver indiana,

so have a lot of interest in

the lake makinkuckee cards

and the culver military cards....
