seems like im paying good money for a lot of junk lately....this cutie, WONT IT BE A GREAT CENTERPIECE!!!..AND lotsof old windows and fence...but we haVe also bought lots of good stuff too...12 buffets and several tables and nice little furniture...

Oh, the little car is adorable! Yes, it definitely would make a wonderful centerpiece. It's worth any price you paid for it.

Anne - I just bought a 1920's oak dining set. Table, 6 chairs and buffet. Unfortunately they must be painted. (Thereby violating my "nothing more than Old English" rule). Everything here is painted white or black. I need some inspiration, any thoughts a a better color for me to use? Thanks, Mr. Flannery. BTW I love the catepiller.
we have tried a bright cherry red over balck....but not on a whole set.....i just got back from florida and saw a lot of turquoise and orange!!!
im sticking to black and some white mainly....
